(We’ll both be happier that way.) GigNirvana provides a platform designed to connect users with gig-based opportunities, resources, and related services. Gig Opportunities & Transactions

GigNirvana may facilitate connections between users, but:

• We are not a party to agreements between users

• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of gigs

• We do not guarantee payment or performance

Think of us as the venue, not the band.

Payments & Fees

If GigNirvana offers paid features or services:

• All fees will be clearly disclosed

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

Intellectual Property

All content on GigNirvana (excluding User Content), including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to GigNirvana and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
We worked hard on it. Please don’t treat it like a free sample at Costco.

We are not responsible for their content, policies, or behavior.
